BTG builds on a proven model. In 2024, we worked with Camden Council to help shape the story and communicate the value of a work experience programme connecting students with organisations including Google, AstraZeneca, Digital Catapult and British Land.
The results? Increased confidence, clearer aspirations, and a stronger belief in what’s possible. Businesses saw the value of investing in local talent and committed to supporting future initiatives.
We saw an opportunity to use football to open doors for more young people, in communities throughout the UK.
That insight became Behind The Goal.
